Effervescent recruitment at Britvic

Britvic Soft Drinks is one of the UK’s leading soft drinks businesses with great brands such as Pepsi, Robinsons and of course, Britvic.

Britvic has over 2,700 employees based in Chelmsford and Solihull or at one of seven factories and a national distribution centre. Prior to November 2003, Britvic frequently hired through third party agencies. Changes and transformations in business planning and structure meant Britvic sought a better way of recruiting.

The partnership between Capital Consulting and Britvic has evolved, reflecting changing strategic and operational goals, a shifting recruitment market and best practice implemented by AMS.
