It’s your process
Central to the success of any RPO agreement is a solid workflow and recruitment process. We’ve configured a best-practice process to meet the challenges faced by smaller scale organisations, and built all parts of the process into our OnDemand solution. Typically, an OnDemand service covers requisition consultancy to verbal offer management. However, this can be extended to include referencing and contract production.
It’s your brand
All touchpoints in the resourcing process are fully client-branded. Although the people who carry out operations are a part of AMS, they present themselves as members of the client’s organisation, communicating the client’s culture and values, both internally and externally.
It’s your team
The AMS team is hand-picked – experienced professionals who operate from one of our client service centres. Should additional resources be required to accommodate changes in recruitment volume, clients are given access to our network of support centres that can provide remote support on short notice.
