Two senior appointments add a wealth of experience and knowledge to
specialist consultancies.
Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the recruitment process
outsourcer, has today announced that it is further boosting its
Professional Services offering by recruiting two experienced senior
specialists, Gabriela Skeoch and Tim Curtis as Global Head of
Technology Consulting and Head of Business Intelligence.
Gabriela's role as Global Head of Technology Consulting will be
to develop this as a standalone consulting offering and to ensure
that technology strengthens and supports its recruitment process
outsourcing (RPO) solutions effectively, enabling AMS to deliver
true operational excellence. As Head of Business Intelligence, Tim
Curtis will be leading the development of a series of information
services that will underpin the solutions AMS delivers for its
clients, providing evidence-based measurement of its operational
performance and strategic insight into the dynamics and influencing
factors on the wider recruitment environment.
Before joining AMS, Gabriela spent 12 years working for UBS, one
of the world's leading financial firms. Gabriela held senior
project and process manager roles for change initiatives and
process re-engineering projects, with specific focus on HR
technology. In her last role, she was responsible for the global
human resources enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and
associated systems. Gabriela was based in Switzerland for ten years
and moved to London in 2007.
Tim has over 12 years' experience of working for Professional
Services organisations including Accenture, KPMG Consulting, ATOS
Consulting and Marconi. During his time at Accenture, Tim worked
within its HR transformation practice to deliver large-scale and
global business transformation programmes based on outsourced and
shared service delivery models. Tim’s experience spans both the
private and public sector and he has worked internationally with
clients including BT, Unilever, the London Metropolitan Police
Service, the NHS, Taylor Nelson Sofres, BAA and Motorola.
“We believe that innovative professional services, such as
employer branding, business intelligence and technology consulting,
are a critical element of any resourcing solution and offer
considerable added value to our current and potential clients. Our
Technology and Business Intelligence teams are already the most
experienced in the market at supporting buying decisions and
implementing and managing global technology and Business
Intelligence solutions. Gabriela and Tim will broaden our HR and
Talent management experience, building deeper relationships with
our partners and ensuring we provide clients with the best service
possible. We are delighted they have joined the team,” said Tom
Marsden, Head of Professional Services at Alexander Mann
Solutions.
AMS is commonly associated with long-term, large-scale
recruitment process outsourcing solutions. Whilst this is still the
lifeblood of the organisation, the company also offers a range of
bespoke Professional Services in areas such as employer branding,
assessment and selection, and recruitment technology consulting.
The team offers help at every stage of the resourcing cycle via a
combination of specialised skills, best practice and innovation to
employers, whether it’s part of a larger RPO contract or a separate
one-off project.
