Solutions works in partnership with clients to make people the
foundation for business success, through sophisticated and

“This recognition as the Global Market Leader
is a fantastic achievement and confirms us as the only company to
truly offer a global service,” said Rosaleen Blair, chief executive
officer at AMS. “We strive to be at the forefront of RPO
development. We want to provide customers with a relationship that
is more than just a service provider, but a real strategic
partnership. To achieve this, we need to provide clients with
evolving services that support their organisation in a changing
business environment, anywhere in the world that they choose to
work.”
The listing published annually, identifies the
overall trends within the RPO industry, highlighting the advances
being made by recruitment process outsourcers. Findings indicate
that RPO deals sizes are increasing, which reflects the development
of the industry and the additional services being offered to
clients. Over 90% of RPO buyers are seeing a high level of
integration with their provider, as the outsourced teams become an
extension of the internal staffing group. More than 80% feel their
provider has improved their staffing function since outsourcing to
them, while nine out of ten RPO buyers would recommend their
provider to other organisations.
