In February 2008, AMS acquired Capital Consulting. This established
us as the only truly global RPO player – a position that was
recognised in August 2008 when AMS was named as the Global Market
Leader in the Baker’s Dozen, an annual listing of the top 13 RPO
providers by HRO Today.
Today, it’s announced that AMS will no longer trade under the
Capital Consulting name. Rosaleen Blair, AMS’s Founder and
CEO commented, “The recognition and high regard for the Capital
Consulting brand was a major influence in our desire to acquire the
business so this was not an easy decision for us to make. However,
our client-centric strategy requires us to be accessible and
straightforward to both current and future clients, and we feel
this is best achieved operating under the one brand name.”
She continued, “The values of the Capital Consulting brand – the
calibre of the people, strong client relationships and passion for
innovation and service – will continue under the Alexander Mann
Solutions name. The synergy between these values and those of
Alexander Mann Solutions is what made Capital Consulting an ideal
acquisition in our drive to continually improve our client
services”.
