AMS to host a series of events examining how to balance short term
financial diligence with long term strategic success.
In the current economic climate, everyone needs to be managing
costs, but smart recruitment leaders are aware of the need to
continue to grow and hire staff that will see them come out on the
downturn stronger than when they went in.
Leading global provider of recruitment process outsourcing,
Alexander Mann Solutions, is hosting a series of seminars
discussing how organisations can manage costs while maintaining
high quality recruitment. The three events will take place in March
and April at The Gherkin, London. Each event will focus on a
different area of recruiting in these challenging economic
times.
Graduate Recruitment – 11th March
Graduate recruitment is essential to many businesses, but in an
economic downturn cutting graduate programmes may seem like an
attractive option to businesses. At this first event, AMS’s Martin
Cerullo and Clodagh Bannigan will look at how organisations can get
maximum value from their graduate recruitment and discuss what the
future repercussions of cutting graduate recruitment might be.
Executive Recruitment – 24th March
Using real life examples, the second event will discuss how
organisations can recruit high-performing executives without the
need for expensive third-parties.
Lean Recruitment – 7th April
This third and final event, led by Tom Marsden, Director of
Professional Services at AMS, will explore whether established
management tools, such as Six Sigma and Total Quality Management,
can be applied to recruitment. Are there always trade-offs between
cost and quality?
