Work for the Best - AMS tops the world RPO rankings

Choice of Opportunities

There’s one word that sums up what we offer: choice. The choice of working in a number of exciting locations around the world, with a broad range of high profile businesses across many different industry sectors. The choice of focusing on one stream within our career framework, or building new skills across specialist areas. Should you choose to join AMS, you will have complete control over where your career takes you.

Career progression

Few organisations offer resourcing, recruitment and talent specialists the chance to really get under the skin of some of the world’s most exciting brands. Not just to work with them, but to work as part of them, building strong relationships and influencing their business and bottom line, and to do so in combination with generous benefits and the flexibility to grow and change within a role. If you’re looking for a position where you can make a genuine difference delivering real results for premier clients, a career with AMS is your best option.

Many of our consultants work in highly specialised areas of resourcing and talent, from occupational psychologists to recruitment technology experts, project managers and art directors to business analysts and sourcing experts. If you’re an experienced professional looking for the next step in your career or to broaden your horizons in a growing market, talk to us.

And of course, supporting such a large and diverse organisation is a remarkable, talented team of Central Services staff, managing all aspects of payroll, HR, IT, legal, marketing and finance. If you want to part of a global organisation with incredible opportunity, get in contact.

Learning and development

People of all backgrounds join AMS. Our Career Development Centre focuses on the development and growth of employees of all levels, in all disciplines. This is achieved through structured learning and peer-based development.

Structured Learning

Our dedicated training programme is aligned to our competency framework, ensuring everyone in our business has the skills they need to excel in their role. Amongst other things, our trainers welcome new starters with an interactive induction day to broaden your knowledge around the AMS story so far. They also help our people managers understand how to manage and motivate their teams better. And they train our sourcing specialists and recruiters in the latest web-based sourcing techniques providing them with the skills to find talent and communicate more effectively – AMS has developed a Sourcing Accreditation Programme to encourage and recognise these skills for career progression in sourcing.

A Culture of Development

We want all our employees to have a clear and consistent understanding of what is expected of them and, through the support and coaching of their managers, be motivated and inspired to deliver their very best. When you join, you will help craft a structured personal development plan that will enable you to address your development needs and your progression within our organisation. This is supported by fair and transparent appraisals like 360-degree feedback and performance ratings.

Rewards and benefits

It’s a competitive market out there, and we strive to ensure that the compensation and benefits we provide meet the needs of our people. At the same time we value high performance, and our jobs are as challenging as they are rewarding. Our people are measured against high performance standards, and rewarded for achieving them.

But it’s not only about achieving individual high performance – we want people to enjoy working together as a team and to encourage, motivate and mentor each other. We celebrate when teams achieve together, and recognise the best teams in the business through our quarterly Inspiring Awards.

Our benefits programme, Passport, further supports our culture and values. It’s fair, balanced, and it reflects the cultural differences across our business globally. It’s flexible where it can be, and we allow people to choose what’s best for them as individuals.
