We help clients hire better people than their competitors, and quicker than they do. We find candidates in new and innovative ways and from diverse sources. We proactively manage talent pools, help move people internally and make our clients’ employer brands stand out in a crowded market. We also advise our clients on their plans and help put them in action.

How we give back
Many organisations treat global citizenship as a simple PR exercise. At AMS, it’s embedded in our culture.
Global Citizenship is how we give something back, making sure that our business is a proactive global citizen, with a positive impact on the world around us. Our programme is aligned with the United Nations Global Compact – we use the Global Compact as both a framework and a measurement. You can read more about the UN Global Compact here.
Whether it’s joining our Three Peaks Challenge team to trek up mountains, belonging to cultural advisory groups, or thinking of ways to reduce our environmental footprint, our people are committed to making a difference. For example, AMS employees volunteer to deliver workshops at our local Charities of Choice, supporting individuals who are transitioning into full-time paid employment. This gives our people a fantastic chance to develop their own presentation, training and mentoring skills while at the same time giving those in need the help they deserve.
