Client Services Manager

Client Services Managers form the frontline with our clients and the heart of our business. Experts in resourcing, they take ownership for the operational success of one of our smaller client relationships or one component of a broader solution, whether business division, geography or operating company. They lead and inspire the recruitment teams that deliver to our clients every day, taking responsibility for their performance, development and optimisation. They define the targets and budget, and they’re ultimately accountable for their successful delivery. They’re always on the look out for new opportunities, to develop our solution, complement our current offering with new services and achieve excellence.

Principal Resource Specialist

Put simply, Principal Resource Specialists are our clients' recruitment gurus. They know the detail behind making each recruitment process a painless one. They know their clients’ business areas, skill requirements and cultural nuances inside out. They provide invaluable advice and expertise on the recruitment market and help shape the strategy for every hire. They play an integral part in sourcing candidates in creative, cost effective ways. They manage relationships with confidence and compassion, with both candidates and the business. They get under the skin of our clients, and can communicate their recruitment brands flawlessly.

Business Intelligence Consultant

Business Intelligence Consultants make data meaningful. They're an authority in interpreting recruitment data, analysing trends and gathering market intelligence. They understand our clients' needs, and design and deliver professional, tailored reports. They make sure every conversation we have with our clients is a credible one, and every decision our clients make is informed.
