Michael O'Higgins: Non-Executive Chairman

Michale O'HigginsMichael is a former Managing Partner of PA Consulting and was previously a Partner of Price Waterhouse Consulting. He has been Chairman of the Audit Commission since October 2006 and is a non-Executive Director of HM Treasury and Chair of the Treasury Group Audit Committee. Other current posts include Trustee of the National Centre for Social Research, Trustee of the Australian National University, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Centrepoint, and member of the Cabinet Secretary’s Moderation Panel for Capability Reviews.


Tony Rice: Non-Executive Director

Tony RiceTony Rice is also the Group Managing Director and Central and Finance Director of Cable & Wireless. He was previously Chief Executive of Tunstall Holdings, prior to which he was Group Treasurer and then Group MD Commercial Aircraft of British Aerospace plc. Tony serves as a Trustee of Help the Aged and as a Non-executive Director of Punch Taverns plc.


Rosaleen Blair: Founder and CEO

Rosaleen BlairWidely credited with pioneering the concept of RPO in Europe, Rosaleen has built a business turning over £350 million a year and employing 1,000 people in over 60 countries. Rosaleen certainly leads from the front – her vision and creativity continues to drive the business and its people forward.

Under her leadership, AMS continues to grow rapidly. In 2007, Rosaleen led the company through a £100 million MBO and in 2008, she led the acquisition of the second biggest pureplay RPO provider in the UK, Capital Consulting. Rosaleen was awarded the prestigious Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year in 2007 and Ernst & Young's London Business Products & Services Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.


Gordon Stuart: Chief Financial Officer

Gordon is AMS's Chief Financial Officer and joined the business in July 2008. He was most recently Group Finance Director of Xansa plc until its acquisition by Groupe Steria SCA.

Prior to that he was Finance Director at London Bridge Software Holdings plc and has also held senior executive positions at Dell Computer Corporation and McKinsey and Co.Gordon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and began his financial career at Price Waterhouse. He is a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Intec Telecom Systems plc.


David Heath: Global Director of People Capital & International Business

David HeathDavid is responsible for the organisation's global people strategy, positioning the company for future global expansion and ensuring that Alexander Mann Solutions retains its position as an employer of choice. He is also responsible for the success of our international client relationships.

David joined Alexander Mann Solutions in February 2007 having spent 10 years with IBM in a variety of roles. Most recently, David was HR Director for the UK, Ireland and South Africa. He successfully led a number of major strategic change programmes and was responsible for driving the implementation of a range of critical business projects within IBM.
