Alexander Mann Solutions builds world-class talent and resourcing capability for some of the world’s leading companies, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver a range of innovative and measurable solutions through outsourcing and consultancy services. 

When we brought Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to the European market in 1996, the concept of outsourced recruitment didn’t exist. Today, it’s a multi-billion dollar global industry with AMS leading at the innovation forefront. Organisations of every shape and size are turning to AMS and outsourcing to give them a competitive edge. 

RPO involves an organisation passing part, or all, of its recruitment activity to an external provider like AMS. We, as the provider, act as an internal recruitment function, managing part or all of the hiring process, from strategy to selection to talent management. 

While RPO remains a key part of what we do, we deliver far more than only outsourcing solutions. Our consulting experts work with clients across the world to optimize and enhance their talent and resourcing programs. And our capability is far broader than the traditional recruitment remit. We help at every stage of the resourcing lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new employees to supporting outplacement or redeployment programs. 

We now number over 1,500 people, delivering services across 60 countries, helping clients in a broad array of sectors to transform their talent and resourcing capabilities.

Infrastructure

Delivering recruitment services for over 45 clients throughout the globe is no mean feat, and requires an infrastructure like no other. Our outsourcing solutions involve onsite, embedded teams who are fully integrated into our clients’ organisations. They’re branded as the client, live and breathe our clients’ employer brands and know their businesses like nobody else. This proximity allows our people to build strong relationships and deliver a high-touch service for our clients’ hiring managers and HR communities. 

Our clients also benefit from the fact that we’re a true outsourcing organisation. Most of our solutions involve offsite or offshore support from AMS’s network of client service centers. Placing teams, or parts of teams, offsite reduces overheads and builds a recruiting center of excellence for the client. Offshoring further reduces overheads, leverages timezone differences and gives our clients access to additional resource on a flexible basis. These offsite and offshore teams work extremely hard to provide the same high level of service and equally good relationships that our onsite teams also offer our clients. 

Our global network of client service centers is made up of two types of centers. We have a number of smaller regional centers, providing localized, in-country support. And we have three large centers that provide multi-language, multi-timezone remote support to our clients regardless of where they are in the world. These Global Client Service Centers are located in the UK, Poland and the Philippines. 

Through this unique infrastructure, we’re able to provide unprecedented flexibility and scalability, and leverage low cost centers to provide real competitive advantage. Global Client Service Centers
