Martin Cerullo, AMS MD based in Asia, is visiting Boston to host an educational session in February 2012.
Martin will share knowledge and insights from real life experiences across Asia including China, India, Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Amongst other topics, Martin will discuss localising social media strategies, direct sourcing opportunities and employer branding.

Based in Hong Kong, Martin is the Director responsible for founding and leading Alexander Mann Solutions’ global employer branding division, which is the fastest growing employer branding agency in the world. His team works with leading organisations such as AstraZeneca, Deutsche Bank, Rolls-Royce, Prudential and Jaguar Land Rover across 30 geographies from offices in countries including Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Australia, UK and the US.
Martin also plays a role, leading all our consulting services in APAC, supporting clients with strategic talent acquisition and management challenges, including designing talent acquisition organisational structures, sourcing strategies and models as well as campus recruitment programmes.
Before Martin joined AMS, he spent the previous six years working for Euro RSCG Worldwide, one of the world’s largest global advertising groups, working with employer branding clients such as BP, Airbus, Morgan Stanley and British Airways. Martin has over 15 years’ experience of working in the employer brand marketplace across Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America. He’s a recognized expert on employer brand, social media and digital communications, regularly appearing at conferences across the world and in numerous industry and news publications.
Lisa Chartier, Senior Manager, Corporate Communications & Labor Market Strategy, Philips
Lisa Chartier recently joined Philips after spending the majority of her career in various consumer and recruitment advertising/employer branding agencies across North America and the UK. Prior to joining Philips, Lisa spent several years at TMP Worldwide where she led talent communications strategies across integrated channel platforms for a multi-million dollar book of clients. Most recently Lisa launched the first, and now fastest growing, end-to-end communications and employer branding agency in the Americas for Alexander Mann Solutions. There she sat on the senior management team managing operations, financial P&L, new business development, global digital solutions SME and groundbreaking industry innovations for clients such as Rolls-Royce, Deutsche Bank, AstraZeneca, Aramark and Boston Scientific.
Lisa has been featured in several thought leadership forums such as speaking engagements at London’s 2010 Social Media in Recruitment Conference and the 2011 NACE conference in Dallas, TX, video interviews with ERE on Candidate Experience, and a recent white paper release entitled ‘Candidates, Consumers and your Global Brand’.
At Philips, Lisa is responsible for leading and implementing strategic brand platforms to redefine and proliferate the overall Philips reputation within North America and its application to drive efficiency, innovation and best practice within the Talent Acquisition function – essentially driving business growth through the acquisition and engagement of top talent (and potential customers). This unique role is one of the first of its kind in the corporate market, pioneering the shift of more closely aligned communications and branding efforts across the entire employee and consumer lifecycle.
Miss Chartier graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Miami with a BSC and resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
