AMS Announces New Regional Head of Resourcing Communications
Nicky Midwinter to Develop and Deliver Measurable Innovation for EMEA Clients
Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), which builds world-class resourcing capability for clients through outsourcing and consulting services, is proud to welcome Nicky Midwinter to the organisation. Nicky joins AMS in the position of Regional Head of Resourcing Communications for EMEA and her role presents exciting opportunities within this important segment of the AMS business.
Since launching in September 2007, Resourcing Communications has experienced rapid growth, by combining extensive creative communications and branding experience with an underlying understanding of recruitment. Clients all over the world, whether in a stable or unstable economy, have benefitted from Resourcing Communications employer brand programmes that deliver measurable innovation, including reducing the overall cost of employment, increasing the retention of staff and attracting sought-after candidates.
Nicky will be responsible for leading and growing Resourcing Communications in its implementation, improvement and measurement of EMEA clients’ employer branding and sourcing channels. Martin Cerullo, Global Director of Resourcing Communications and Innovation, explains, “The addition of Nicky allows us to offer our innovative solutions on a wider scale across a greater range of cross-border clients. Her resourcing solutions experience on both a strategic and operational level, which in the EMEA market is very valuable, will be crucial to our continued momentum.”
In her career of 15-plus years in the recruitment industry, Nicky’s experience extends the entire resourcing lifecycle – from research to advertising to technology to candidate selection, assessment and management. She comes to AMS from Tribal Resourcing, where she worked as part of the senior management team to serve the UK public sector as a Service and Performance Director for major resourcing accounts such as the government, local authorities and National Health Service.
“I joined AMS because of the people. Everyone I met during the interview process – and subsequently – has been positive, enthusiastic and driven,” Nicky says. “I’m delighted to continue that tradition by providing Resourcing Communications with the support, direction and leadership needed to deliver first-class thought leadership and innovation to our EMEA clients.”
